SHIPPING AND TRACKING
How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email us at support@madladsmoto.com with your order number.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Orders over $75 ship free. All other orders ship at a flat rate of $9.95.
Why are there no air shipping options? We currently offer standard ground shipping only. Many powersports items are oversized or heavy and cannot ship via air due to carrier restrictions.
Do you ship internationally? No. US addresses only at this time.
What happens if my order contains an out of stock item? We'll contact you with options -- wait for restock, swap for an available alternative, or cancel that item for a full refund. We won't just sit on your order without telling you.
When will an out of stock product be back in stock? Restock timelines vary by supplier. Email support@madladsmoto.com with the product name and we'll get you the most current info we have.
ORDERS AND ACCOUNT
Can I change or cancel my order? Email support@madladsmoto.com immediately. We move fast and can't guarantee changes once an order has been submitted to our supplier. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process.
Why are my previous orders not showing in my account? If you checked out as a guest your orders won't appear automatically. Create an account with the same email you used at checkout and contact us -- we can link your order history.
Why can't I log in? If you checked out as a guest previously you may not have a registered account yet. Use the Forgot Password link or create a new account. Still having trouble? Email support@madladsmoto.com.
Why did I get an email saying "We have no password for this account"? Your email is in our system but no password was ever set -- this happens with guest checkouts. Use the password reset link in that email to set one up and access your account.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy? Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Email returns@madladsmoto.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back until you have a return authorization from us.
Who pays for return shipping? If we made an error or the product is defective, we cover it. If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, return shipping is on you.
How long does a refund take? 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item, back to your original payment method.
FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY
How do I know if a part fits my bike? Use the Year/Make/Model search tool on our site. Each product page also lists fitment data. Still unsure? Email support@madladsmoto.com with your year, make, model, and the part you're looking at -- we'll confirm before you order.
What if a part doesn't fit? Email us before sending anything back. We'll work to get you the right part. Returns accepted within 30 days for uninstalled, unused parts that don't fit.
Why am I being charged a disposal fee? Some states require a tire or battery disposal fee by law. If it shows on your order it's a state-mandated charge -- not something we control or profit from.

Do you offer wholesale or dealer pricing? Not at this time. Email vendors@madladsmoto.com if you're interested and we'll keep you on file for when that changes.
