An anatomically profiled high-modulus polymer shin plate offers superior impact and abrasion resistance, while a Velcro® adjustable panel allows for a personalized fit, ensuring secure closure and optimal support. The medial-facing biomechanical pivot system links the lower and upper parts of the boot, offering flexibility and structural integrity, facilitating natural movement without sacrificing protection. Both the inward-facing upper and lower panels are constructed from formulated polymer with grip sculpture patterning, maximizing contact with the bike and improving abrasion resistance. The rear gaiter, made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR), atop a TPU calf protector, provides additional protection and comfort against debris and impacts. The innovative buckle closure system, featuring polymer and fiberglass buckle arms with high-impact aluminum bridges, ensures durability and lightweight performance. The sole is also replaceable, allowing for extended use. Additional features include a TPU heel patch connected to the shell and lateral/medial parts for support and protection. The soft poly-foam padding around the ankles and collar, along with a full interior textile lining, offers shock absorption and enhanced comfort for all-day riding. The replaceable anatomic EVA footbed, topped with textile lining, completes the design, ensuring a comfortable fit.
