A contoured polymer core structure surrounds the upper boot, offering structural integrity and abrasion resistance while maintaining controlled flex. The anatomically profiled high-modulus polymer shin plate provides exceptional impact and abrasion protection. This shin plate features a Velcro® adjustable panel for a customizable fit, ensuring secure closure and comfort. The biomechanical pivot system on the medial side connects the lower and upper parts of the boot, delivering both flexibility and stability for dynamic movements. Both the inward-facing upper and lower panels are constructed with formulated polymers and grip-patterned sculptures, maximizing contact with the bike and improving abrasion resistance.
The rear gaiter, made from Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR), combined with a TPU calf protector, offers additional protection and comfort. The innovative buckle closure system employs polymer, fiberglass, and high-impact aluminum components, providing durability, lightweight performance, and easy adjustability. The quick-release, self-aligning design ensures precise closure, enhancing riding security.
