The rear of the heel counter is equipped with a soft Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) insert that works seamlessly with the rear flex zone to facilitate improved ankle movement and riding comfort. The innovative heel counter support system, combined with a strap closure featuring an TPR puller, delivers a secure fit and structural integrity, adapting to various foot profiles for all-day comfort.
Extensive perforations throughout the upper maximize airflow, complemented by a textile front bellow for enhanced breathability. Integrated with the Transversal Protection Frame (TPF), the sole provides critical protection against transversal loads. The instep and Achilles' flex zones are made from lightweight microfiber, ensuring optimal maneuverability and comfort both on and off the bike. Thermowelded flex grooves control flexion, while the integrated, replaceable bi-injected TPU forefoot slider features an easy-screw fixing for quick replacement. Internal features include a removable anatomically shaped foot-bed with EVA foam and Lycra® for support and comfort, along with an internal mesh lining that offers moisture-wicking and cooling benefits for extended riding periods.
