A new speed lace system, derived from Alpinestars MotoGPâ„¢ technology, offers quick, precise, and secure closure, allowing riders to adjust the fit effortlessly. The higher closure system is complemented by an adjustable hook-and-loop strap with the embossed Alpinestars logo, providing a customized and secure fit. Strategic protection is integrated with foam-backed double density ankle disks mounted under the upper, along with lateral thermoplastic rubber (TPR) guards that deliver all-around flexibility and impact absorption. External TPR toe reinforcements help protect against abrasion and increase stability, while a welded reflective insert on the rear enhances visibility during night riding or low-light conditions.
The thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) heel counter offers additional impact and abrasion protection, ensuring durability in demanding environments. Internal reinforcement layers in the toe box enhance longevity and structural integrity, while the breathable textile lining combined with anti-sliding microfiber suede on the heel provides a comfortable fit that stays secure during rides. A removable anatomic EVA foam footbed adds comfort and support, accommodating various foot shapes.
