The Alpinestars Belize V2 Drystar® Boots are engineered for riders who demand high performance, comfort, and protection on and off the bike. Featuring a waterproof Drystar® membrane, these boots keep your feet dry in wet conditions while maintaining breathability. The upper is constructed from durable PU-coated leather on the outer medial panel and premium suede leather on the higher medial section, providing a combination of resilience and style. A rubber insert on the medial panel ensures superior grip and contact with the bike, enhancing control during rides.
The boots are equipped with a TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) ankle protector that includes a lateral pivot, offering a perfect balance of lateral protection and structural support. This design also prevents unwanted bending, ensuring stability. The injected PU midsole delivers an optimal mix of lightweight comfort and shock absorption, promoting natural foot movement. The boot height stops just below the calf, offering a sporty alternative to traditional touring high boots, ideal for adventure and dual-sport riders.
Comfort is prioritized with a soft textile fabric top collar and strategically placed padding of varying thicknesses in key areas like the ankles, toe box, heel counter, and collar. Lightweight microfiber front and rear bellows increase flexibility and comfort, while a wide entry aperture with a hook-and-loop closure ensures a precise and secure fit. The robust off-road closure system features polymer buckles and a self-aligning memory ratchet, allowing for easy adjustment and secure fastening. The sole pattern is designed to work seamlessly with adventure bikes, whether or not footpeg rubber inserts are fitted.
Inside, a replaceable anatomical 3D footbed lined with Lycra® enhances comfort during long rides. The TPU structure provides support and impact resistance, complemented by double-density inner TPU lateral ankle protectors with padding for comprehensive protection. The lateral ankle closure system includes polymer buckles with a ratchet and quick-release system for quick and precise adjustments. The internal foam surrounds the ankles and collar for additional shock absorption, while reinforced toe box and heel counter layers optimize ergonomics and safety. The polypropylene insole with a steel shank offers excellent feel, rigidity, and support for demanding riding conditions.
