Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way you will receive a tracking number by email.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@madladsmoto.com with your order number and reason for return and we will get back to you with next steps.

Packaging

Returned items must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition in their original packaging. That means all boxes, bags, protective packaging, tags, instruction sheets, and any included hardware must be intact and included. If it left your hands and came back looking like it has been used, we cannot accept it.

Do not use the product's original packaging as your shipping container. If the original box your item was shipped in has been damaged in any way, you must pack the item inside a new separate box to protect it in transit. We cannot accept returns on items damaged during return shipping due to improper packing.

Shipping Your Return

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a carrier with tracking so you have proof of delivery. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. Any package shipped C.O.D. will be refused.

Refund Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled with all original packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We are a small operation and we cannot resell parts that have been installed or handled. If it has grease on it, tool marks, or has been mounted to a machine, it is not returnable. We inspect everything that comes back.

No restocking fees.

A Note on Fitment

If you are not sure a part fits your machine, reach out before you order. We would rather spend five minutes helping you confirm fitment than have you pay to ship something back. Email us at support@madladsmoto.com or use the Contact page and we will help you get the right part the first time.

If you ordered the wrong part and it is still new and unused in original packaging, it qualifies for a return under the standard policy above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at returns@madladsmoto.com right away with your order number and a photo if possible. We will make it right.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

1. Opened chemicals and lubricants
2. Electrical components that have been opened.
3. Batteries
4. Clothing items that have been worn.
